Our ‘Level Old Fashioned’ is my delicious take on the classic old fashioned cocktail.
I have swapped out the bourbon for our very own superb Fat Adam’s Rum, from the award winning Hawksridge Distillery
This is served on a large ice cub with a slime of lime (or orange) in a whisky tumbler. It can ALSO be served 100ml with 100ml of boiling water for the ultimate hot toddy. So good it’s almost medicinal. Terrific before the festive board, before your meeting, at a ladies night or any time you want to treat yourself. We all stand together when we are ‘on the level’ however, this Old Fashioned takes Rum to a new level!
500ml makes 5 large old fashioned cocktails, or 20 ‘shots measures’.
